The Whitley Art Gallery is run by David Whitley, and his wife Mary, from their home in Enniskerry, Co.Wicklow, Ireland. David studied at Reading University, England under Neil MacGregor and Kerry Downes before graduating with a BA Hons Degree in History of Art and Architecture. For over 30 years now David has been an avid collector of Contemporary Painters, 19th and 20th Century Prints and Ukiyo-e Woodblock prints from the Edo period.

Using the expertise and contacts in the art world David has gathered over the years, the Whitley Art Gallery brings you beautiful works of art at affordable prices and where they are Contemporary, direct from the Artists themselves.

We buy and sell work so if you are looking for something specific let us know and we will do our best to find it for you through our network of contacts. If you have works you wish to sell, contact us and we will either purchase them from you or try to link you to someone who might be interested.

Please note that all works are priced in Euro Inc Vat but Excluding Delivery/Postage. We will quote Delivery/Postage on each work individually depending on Delivery Address but the Price will be at our Cost Price. Also note that if you are not satisfied with the work when you receive it you have 30 days to return it to us (at your cost) and we will refund you the purchase price in full. All our works are sold as per description in good faith and come with our no quibble Guarantee that if they are proved to be otherwise we will take them back with a full refund.
